"I recently stayed at Kasa The Waller in Austin and had an absolutely great experience overall. The standout feature was the polite and helpful staff—they were responsive via messenger and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the whole process smooth. A small heads-up beforehand about Kasa being a bit atypical would have been nice; it’s more like an apartment-hotel with virtual check-in, no traditional front desk, and self-service amenities, which caught me off guard...

"This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer."

"On Sat night at 1am, someone knocked on our door, proceeded to unlock the electronic lock with a door code and tried multiple times to open the door. Thankfully, Texas law requires a deadbolt and it was secured preventing entry. On Sun morning, the host wasn’t available to assist – only works M-F business hours, unlike any other VRBO I’ve stayed. "Location proximity of restaurants, shopping, and job that were available "

"The apartment was set up nicely for 2 couples. Nice sized kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms very spacious and restrooms very clean and spacious. They could provide more bath towels and wash clothes and pool towels. Only provided 2 per bathroom for 4 people staying a full week. Not enough toilet tissue either. No coffee maker was provided. We purchased a small one and left it there when we left. All in all very nice and very reasonably priced."

"Huge, clean, comfortable apartment, fully loaded, in the heart of Austin. In addition to apt complex amenities (great gym and pool), it’s surrounded by awesome restaurants, shops, and Equinox. Can’t wait to come back. "
