"The hotel is in an industrial park but it is near the airport. The hotel is clean but kind of worn down. In my room many of the outlets had been smashed or broken and the HVAC system didn't really work. The staff was chilly at best and annoyed I didn't speak Italian. The included breakfast ends earlier than posted - so I missed out on the breakfast more often than not. But the place has a secure parking lot - so that was nice. The restaurant on site is delicious."

"The first room we received has not been cleaned because the pillows and blankets were all askew, the second room was a smokers room. The third room had a blanket crusty food on it. The housekeepers walked into our room without knocking wanting to clean it, yet we still had an hour and a half for check out. The walls were so thin you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbours and noisy visitors from parties taking place. The elevator smelt like pee. Doubt this place stays afloat from...
