"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. "My parents-in-law from England stayed there for four days. They only speak English. From our point of view, all tourist accommodations should have someone on their team with a good level of English who is able to maintain a conversation. The Blue Windows´manager told me that, speaking English was not part of her “business model,” and I completely disagree. The only person who demonstrated this high level of professional communication was Ms. Sandra García. Thanks to Ms García, for her care and excellent attitude at all times when they need support."

"The hostal is very comfortable & clean. We were welcomed by the gentlemen who staffs the hostal, he was very helpful & made us feel very welcome. The beds are very comfortable. We had a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. I would recommend the hostal, we hope to make a return visit in the future."
