Cari Kastel di Calgary

"The hotel was clean, comfortable. Shuttle advised couldn’t pick us up from airport for 45 minutes. Did not wait, cab ripped us off for $45- went long way. Coffee maker didn’t work"

"Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and well-staffed. The buffet breakfast was pretty good too. Probably will stay again! Our only difficulty was booking/making sure we had the right shuttle to get to the hotel, as it was a bit confusing."

"The upgrades are wonderful! Love the new lobby and cafe/bar! Love the Calgary room decor - well done!"

"We enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of staff"

"Waited for Air port Shuttle pick up for more than 1 hour. No body picked up phone call for half an hour on the pretext that they don’t have adequate staff. Room was okay but don’t rely on their airport pick services ."

"Very nice hotel. Great staff."

"Really enjoyed our stay and breakfast. All staff were very helpful. Hotel room has some wear and could use an update. However, the stay was comfortable"

"Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Beds were good and the hotel was quiet. Would stay again."

"Room was clean and good. But loud venting system"

"Nice clean room and very spacious. Conveniently located next to the airport. It is not as convenient to activities. However we were able to Uber. Airport shuttle was great."

"Amazing!"

"Great location. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was pretty terrible. You either pay a lot for valet parking or hope a nearby lot is empty and you can get there to manually reload hours"

"Sauna"

"It's a good option if you're in town and looking to hold meetings or just need to get to the airport."

"Good"
