"Great family place to stay"

"Everything was fine, but nothing spectacular. Check-in took a long time, we were in line for close to 20 minutes maybe, but seemed like the guest ahead of us had some issues checking in. Wish there was another staff member to help, the check-in line was pretty long behind us by the time we got our room keys. Most annoying thing was that it seemed like the water pipes for half the floor went through our room. We could hear the water pipes when other people were taking a shower or running water as...

"This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if...

"Room was clean. Staff was sympathetic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Only thing was that for early May, it was very hot in the hotel and the room. Had to turn on the AC to get it down from 29 degrees C to 24 degrees C while it was a lot cooler outside. Good 8-night stay overall ;)"
