Never offered to clean it or make it right. She just laughed and smirked at me about it when I complained at the front desk. I was given a managers phone number and never got an answer after multiple attempts to contact. Do not stay here unless you don’t care about paying to sleep in a dump. Seems the staff lives on the property...
