Stayed with the family for just one night. Convenient location, quiet spacious room with good climate control, comfortable beds, well maintained impressive lobby and atrium, complimentary self-parking. However, elevators weren't working during our stay; luckily we didn't have much luggage with us. Our room was very dated and in dire need of repair. Bathroom fixtures were falling apart, water spraying everywhere from the shower head while the bathtub spout did not close completely while using the shower with a good stream of very hot water running from it. The coffee maker was broken. A minor thing, but towels and shampoo provided were for two people rather than four.

Pool and elevators not working. Balcony had garbage on it. HVAC had just come back online and I was told to “open a window” if it was still too hot. And when I called directly to hotel the day before my arrival (see why below) there was no mention at any of those problems - I was only informed of same when I showed up in person to check in. Booking early check-in via text does not result in a confirmation email or text, and when I called the hotel to confirm my early check-in request the attendant could not confirm that I had in fact checked in nor could he confirm that the hotel normally sends a text providing an early check in opportunity. Since I had to provide a credit card and a photo of my ID and thereafter could not confirm the check-in, I was left wondering if the text was fake and that I had just experienced identity theft. Terrible process from start to finish!

Mixed feelings about this place. When I seen the outside of the hotel I was disappointed I booked here. Staff was accomidating, but elevator was out with a 4 level hotel. Was upgraded to a suite but there were stains on all the furniture and the hotel is definitely dated. Bed felt like it was a mattress on a piece of plywood. And when I seen the toilet it made me question if the rest of the room had even been cleaned.

Venue was great, Fire alarm just killed the entire mood at 2am. Had to evacuate outside until 4am. ( with my 2 year old and 5 year old.) And we had no power for the remainder of our stay. Had to check out due to no power after awhile.

Staff was visibly annoyed when approached at the front desk. Eye roll and large sigh. We were locked out of our room, we were outside for nearly 2 hours in the middle of the night for a fire onsite. The bathrooms were filthy, cable TV didn’t work, phone to front desk didn’t work. Cleaning staff put floor towels back on top of the clean towels.

Worst stay i have ever experienced. Fire alarm started going off around 2am and we were evacuated and had to stand outside in the cold listening to a screeching fire alarm until after 4:30am when we were finally allowed back in. I understand that's not something the hotel can help, but they did absolutely nothing for anyone. The firefighters were fantastic and kept apologizing and saying they'd get us back in as fast as they could. The hotel... not one single word to anyone. So much for any kind of hospitality. We finally got back to our room only to find out we had no power. This also meant no AC so we spent the night in a room that felt like a sauna. The next morning we asked at the lobby and they said there was nothing they could do to make it up to us. I'm not sure what reasonable establishment thinks that providing a room with no power for the majority of your stay is acceptable. I booked this hotel because I thought Wyndham was a good brand. After this horrible stay I'd give them an absolute 0 in terms of hospitality.

The hotel looks so stunning as you enter a beautiful lounging area very nice looking our room was larger than usual and clean my lower review stems from a fire alarm at 1:30 until 4:00 followed by no electricity for 1/2 of the place no food available the pool was out for painting but was suppose to open the second day of our stay it did not and also the elevators were down it was a long way to the fourth floor luggage was an issue but they sent one person to help but we had three bags so I still had to lug one bag down by my very senior self the last evening we had no air conditioning so it was warm to be sure.

Everything was fine upon check-in. Our first night went smoothly. Then it went to garbage. 10:30am a fire alarm in the building went off, no guidance, no instructions, and no information as to what the issue was. We stood outside for about an hour and we're let back into the hotel, again without any information or communication from the staff. We went out for the rest of the day and came back late in the evening, got ready for bed, and then another fire alarm at 2:30am. Not only was the fire alarm blaring, but there was no electricity in our room, so no lights to get dressed and evacuate, and no emergency lights to be seen. An entire hotel full of guests standing outside with no communication or information and staff looking completely confused by the entire situation. Finally after about an hour we were informed there was a "serious electrical issue" and we couldn't go back in until it was sorted. 45 minutes later the fire department informed us we could go back in. Upon waking up there was still no electricity to our room, so getting dressed and packed in the dark was the name of the game as our room was on the inner circle with no windows. When we went to check out there was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience and I was simply told if I had a complaint it would need to be directed to Expedia as there was nothing they could do for me. Overall, this hotel has some serious issues to sort out. I wouldn't recommend staying here until things get significantly better.
