"I booked my hotel, trip was cancelled beyond my control and tried to change my booking date to push out few more days, that was 5 days before my booking was due with no luck. They charged me $250 dollars for nothing. Scandalous system and staff were not helpful at all"

"We were very unhappy with our stay and will not be returning.
The first issue was the noise. We had no idea this property had such poor soundproofing. We could hear conversations from other rooms, toilets flushing, and other guests throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.
We were also disappointed that we were never informed; either when booking or at check-in, that the pool would be unavailable on Sunday because it had been rented out for a rave with a DJ....
