"I have a nice experience. The hotel is close to downtown, and I was able to take the train behind the it to go there. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff was friendly. Besides, I enjoyed the swimming pool since the water was warm."

"Breakfast was good. There was no tap option for credit card machine to pay for security deposit ( sucks cause I forgot my pin) . Elevators was out of service during my stay. Did not impact me as I was on second floor. I could hear the people in the room next to mine, please bring earplugs. No hot water Sunday morning 4 am, not sure why, I didn't bother complaining as I was leaving. I like the location of the hotel,convenient for the c train stop nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable."

"The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We were out most of each day and when we returned to our room, it was clean, beds made and fresh towels. The breakfast buffet each morning was very good. I have nothing negative to say."
