"Staff were nice but, because they didn’t accept the only credit card company (KoHo) that I’m with, I was charged for my room and a $400 deposit before we could even step foot into the room… if it weren’t my sons 12th bday I would have walked away. On top of which the room we were given (obviously after I gave them $600) already had broken chairs and shower fixtures. Then, when we checked out, we had to sit in the lobby and wait while they “checked out our room” before they would provide the $400 deposit…. I’m not sure if this is a normal practice but my children and I definitely felt like we weren’t welcome and would be held accountable if they felt we weren’t. *****Ps: if you left an Apple Watch (navy blue strap) in Room 121 - we returned it to the front desk when we found it above the Murphy bed.
