"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available.
They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready
When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room.
Such friendly and help staff

"It was modest but had all it needed. I was impressed by the lady who checked me in.
I'm a luxury hotelier myself. Well done!
The pool was comfortable.
The breakfast was okay. The complimentary access to next door indoor aquawater show park for 3 hours was very valuable.
All indoor pools at the hotel and at the park were heated and comfortable for the end of October visit.
