"Checking in was great breakfast was on point the room was very clean. The only thing that the pool water was very cold. I went to the front desk in the evening and the gentleman who helped me at the front desk was not very friendly he looked bothered with attitude like that I would not wanna stay at this property again"

"For the price it was reasonable. Maid skip a day without cleaning room! Older gentleman at front desk was rude to me when I ask for water because vending machine was out, staff told .e I could get free bottle water at front desk, and he reluctantly gave it to me!"

"Staff is amazing! Very helpful and kind. The hotel definitely has some exterior character however the rooms are a bit dated. The stay was comfortable and cozy. Surrounding area feels safe and plenty of parking! Great for a weekend getaway."

"The location of this hotel was great. Away from the main traffic and in a very quiet area of Palm Springs. Parking was easy and included breakfast. Also has a pool open 24/7. The room was ample with a safe, refrigerator, a microwave and a large tv. Great stay."

"liked: cheerful and helpful staff. easy parking. nice amount of counter space in the bathroom. bathroom has a fan. good fridge with separate freeze. fitness center was clean and well equipped though not the most pro brand of equipment. not like: china lake blvd is very loud and its right outside your window. bring some kind relief for your ears. no filtered water in the fitness center."
