"It’s a great hotel but at night there’s homeless people hanging around the lobby and in the morning they let him eat the breakfast for clients. What’s the point of having a secured, locked parking lot if they’re letting homeless people come in?"

"Thank you for the most excellent stay. We really enjoyed ourselves at the pool and were able to use the basketball courts as well. The interior of the rooms were well kept and very straightforward."

"A hidden gem in Indian Wells! This hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, and definitely not a party hotel. It has such a calm, relaxing energy 😌 perfect for unplugging and recharging. Every time I stay here, I sleep like a baby. The bedding and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the staff is always warm and helpful. My only wish is that they had more EV charging stations, as there is currently only one available. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful stay that I highly recommend."
