"Hotel has obviously been remodeled with some updates but still dated. USB plug in light didn't work, had to ask for toilet paper and killed a roach crawling across the floor."

"Breakfast was great! Room was definitely clean! Only down side was parking. We went to the Casino concert and got back to the Hotel at 11:45pm. No spaces were available in the front of building, therefore we went around the back. As seniors we did not want to park in the rear because there were folks hanging out, drinking on premises! I did not feel safe to even try to park and walk to the building! Such behavior should not be tolerated! We finally decided to park near the trucks at the mailbox. In other words, we made ourselves and parking space in the front of the building. We did report this issue to the night clerk at the desk. Thankfully this morning the car was safe. "

"The Laurel Hotel is a very charming place to stay. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. We come to Danville to see family and have usually stayed in Airbnbs. The cost of this hotel is much more economical and you don’t have to take out the trash. Ha. We will be back here again. "
