"Front desk people are mostly rude. We had to check out at 2PM. Asked for packed breakfast, they said no, but buy it from a 24 hour restaurant (which is a absolute rip off). They said there will free coffee and pastries starting 2AM which never arrived until 2:10AM. Very convenient location to airport and free airport pickup and drop off. Next time I am going to Wyndham which is exactly opposite to holiday inn."

"There’s no sign of the property other than the house number so check for it. We Uber from the airport PEN25, Airport taxi cost PEN40. The room was cramped with beds, the toilet look clean but the smell of urine was very strong that we can smell it in the whole room. We were there on Saturday night there’s the loud music and noises all the night till 6AM, not sure if it’s only on weekend as we saw in the morning the noises was coming from the neighbor across the street looked like they had been...

"This is my second time staying at this hotel because of the impeccable staff—who are kind, sincere, and helpful. But some other helpful qualities about this place (especially if you’re coming from the jungles or mountains) are their hot showers with strong water pressure, comfortable beds and pillows, strong WiFi, great breakfasts, and proximity to other restaurants and locations. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Thank you for another wonderful stay!"
