"We booked the studio suite, which was quite spacious. The room we were initially given had some noise coming from the air conditioning as well as a bit of a musty smell. They gladly changed us to another room the next day (we were booked for 5 nights). The noise issue was gone, but we still found the room had a bit of a musty smell. "Clean room, good location and friendly staff. Our safe and fridge both needed replacing and it took multiple asks to get it done but this is par for the course here. Room maintenance was pretty minimal - basically just made the bed. The morning we left for the airport there was no running water and we had to go showerless to the airport which was disappointing. Again, bad communication is par for the course and not necessarily a Sonesta-specific problem."

"Fabulous hotel! Well placed for exploring Milaflores, this hotel was an excellent first stop on our tour of Peru. Lovely fresh and bright common parts, wonderful breakfast (don’t miss the French toast!) and amazing staff who could not have been more helpful and friendly. We ate at the Kimo restaurant on 17th floor and had an excellent meal, with food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Good location, however the information on the booking site is incorrect, there is no shuttle bus available. Which cause us time to looking for the bus, in the state of confusion, mislead by local driver, who changed us 200 sole to the hotel. I messaged the hotel twice, ahead of time, however without any response. Although the stay is nice, but non-responsive from hotel created unpleasant experience in Lima"

"The room is small but very comfortable beds. The shower is tiny, a bit out dated but fonctionnelle. The reception staff guy in the afternoon was very unfriendly and was not welcoming at all. This place is ok for a one night stay for a night before an early morning flight. The location is very safe and only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Miraflores and Kennedy park. "
