"The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. No complimentary coffee as advertised. Really disappointed all around. Place is so old and smelly. If you like nursing homes than you might enjoy staying. Sorry but true. "The place needs some renovations. The floor in our room needs maintenance. The bathtub looks a bit run down. The bathroom door needed to be cleaned, the rest of the room looked clean. We did not eat breakfast there since there was no warm breakfast left by 8:50 AM but there is a great dinner 2 minutes away. I appreciated that there were enough big towels. The staff was friendly."

"Room was old. Bathroom extremely small and cracks in the wall. Caulk in tv tub showing its age. Keys to open the open were difficult. Coffee shop was more like a bar lots of liquor. Food was minimal."

"The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."
