"It was the worst hotel stay. We had reserved two days. The staff went into our room and stole our personal items. We had to spend extra money to replace those items that cost over $54.00. I will never stay there again in my life."

"I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. "The hotel looks decent when you first walk in but it's a different story with the rooms. The room smells musty with a touch of mildew. The walls are chipped/peeling with visible screws trying to hold things together. The bed felt damp and the pillows were flat and lumpy. The floor dips in certain places. You can hear everything from your neighbors above and to the side of you. Will never recommend this place to anyone"

"The whole hotel had an issue with streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime videos) so we had cable only. Not the end of the world but my child had their heart set on watching a movie.
