"My room wasn’t ready. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room had a lot of issues, after every shower we had to out 2 towels on floors since shower leaked everywhere. Toilet seat was broken. Ironing board was broken and could not order room service as our phone never worked or kept a charge for more than 15 seconds. All these things are easy fixes and staff had toilet and ironing board fixed the following day."

"Lovely renovation to the appearance, however the service lacks quite a bit . There were NO towels or waters in our rooms. The coffe maker wasn’t working. Bottega restaurant was lovely though. "

"The room's and property are excellent, the parking is kinda of confusing since they are located in sub 3 level. There's a small shopping center behind the hotel thats got pretty good restaurants. This is an excellent hotel for the price."
