"Staff were amazing and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Location is good a quiet side street and only a few metres to the main hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Breakfast was super tasty. You were able to order off a menu and cooked fresh. I was lucky enough to tasty their home made pineapple jam in my pancakes, OMG Delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel for travellers. We are a family of 4 with teenage kids."

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our two week trip. Just so delicious! We had the adjoining rooms and it was very quiet. There were no windows I. Either ion which, personally, I don’t know if I could do again (a bit of claustrophobia!) but it worked this...
