Awful service and terrible accomodation

It was the worst place. The only hotel I went to that demanded that we pay a large cash deposit rather than take a credit card imprint on arrival (we had already fully paid for the accommodation when we booked the room months earlier).The concierge lied to us about opening hours and available staffing (we had to check out early to catch a flight, they said they were open, there was no one at the desk, we had to wait 20mins before they checked us out), they booked us a "taxi" where the taxi driver scammed us. The handle and lock on our toilet door was broken so we couldn't even close the toilet door when we were using it. The entrance to our building was held shut with a rubber rope, so we had to go around and use the back entrance. It was a total nightmare of a place and I would not recommend it at all.

Expedia address and actual address do not match. There were very few guests, so I had the entire floor to myself, and the nearby resort was under construction, so it was very dark and scary. When the restaurant is closed, there is only one place to buy snacks. All facilities were up to date and working well, but not good enough. The staff tried to be friendly but there wasn't much they could do every time we asked for help. Above all, there is nothing to do when it rains. There were a lot of ants in the room, and there was no microwave, umbrella, or laundry facilities. My room faces the runway, so I can hear quite a bit of takeoff noise. I will never stay here again. Don't ruin your trip just to save $100.

여기 있는 주소로는 그랩기사들이 잘 모르고 아레나 안에 같이 있기 때문에 아레나로 말하고 가는게 좋네요. 저는 0.5박으로 한 5시간 머물다 갔는데 오래 머무는건 비추입니다. 방은 많은데 비어있는 곳도 많고 그만큼 관리 안되는 곳도 많아요. 수영장은 가운데 크게 있네요~ 좋은 리조트 쪽 다니다가 와서 그런지 만족은 못했습니다. 가격은 싸서 잠깐 머물기엔 추천이요!
