"Beautiful views from virtually everywhere on the property. Great location close to downtown Funchal, but far enough away for the area to feel quiet and calm. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel staff were excellent! Professional, friendly, and helpful. Received an upgrade at check-in to a fantastic room with an even more amazing private deck overlooking the Atlantic. Buffet breakfast was good. Overall, the property was great, hated to leave."

"The resort and staff were incredible! The facilities were well maintained, food onsite was great with a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Also super close to restaurants in surrounding area and a short 10 min drive from downtown Funchal with the convenience of a hop on hop off bus stop right at the resort! Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...

"God beliggenhed, god rengøring. Tæt på restauranter, godt supermarked Pingo Doce, havet og bus 001, 002 og 004 ind til byen. Stort værelse, men stue og soveværelse var ikke forbundet. Hotellet virker slidt. Vores badeværelse havde en dør, der ikke kunne låses og smuldrede i bunden, toiletsædet var helt skævt og kunne ikke rettes op, badekarret havde store pletter, og væggene var lavet af plastik. Vores hotellejlighed lignede ikke billederne fra bestillingen, som så meget nyere og pænere ud og...
