The staff are very attentive and the apartment was clean. If you have a car this is an ideal place to stay. Having a washing machine in the room made our vacation so much less complicated as we are away for three weeks. The metro station was only 5 minutes by car and for 1.90 we were in to Seville in four stops. Parking for the rental car is free at the metro stations. The room is very quiet.

A good size rooms, washing machine and dryer available. Spacious areas and also im the common areas. However the bath towels and bed sheets have seen better days. A bit distant from Central Seville. Carpark underground. Staff very friendly. Restaurants and cafes around the corner. The kitchen is somewhat well equipped.

I arrived early but denied an early check in and outside the property there is an unpleasant stench and I find it in many parts of Spain. What’s going on? The unit itself was very clean and we loved the stay once’s we checked in. We truly enjoyed the stay inside the unit. Ample parking and easy access via metro but parking at the station is a challenge - but entire Spain has a parking challenge. They should figure out a solution.

Amazing place we stayed for a week and extended for another day, staff is really friendly rooms are big and clean extra sheets are all able to find in the closet specially if you are staying with kids this will be amazing, a washer is in the unit and again some basic cleaning necessities. Amazing place will 100% recommend!!

Address on the hotel website is similar to the near by shopping mall that caused my GPS guided in the middle of shopping mall in the middle of night. After some phone calls to hotel, the check in staff kindly sent me the correct address arrived safely. A little trouble for a communication in English with most front desk staff except one staff who came to our room to fix the heating issue. He also provided us with a valuable information on the city attractions and parking tips.

The property is great. Modern construction with all amenities you can need. Like living inal a small condo. Comes with kitchen washer dryer. Enough space rooms to store. Big bathroom. However You'll really need a car (plenty of spots) as the week-end the area is not served by public.transportation or Bus/metro are 1k away.

Great flat, with all the amenities one could need for a longer business stay, including a sizeable kitchen and living room. My only problem was the location. Out of the regular way and without the typical options and busoness around.It may be only for me, since I was traveling without a car. But the only way I could find to go places, and feel comfortable with was a ride share. Other than that

We had booked an apartment for 4. Upon arrival the sofa bed was not spread out and ready with bed linen. The apartment was very close to a very busy motorway and a truck/car wash and it was quite noisy. The staff was very helpful. There was a convenient free parking space in front of the building.

Its a bit out of the way for visitors without a car using public transport, but with a car it was fantastic as plenty of free parking in front. Quiet and safe area 24 hours manned reception - Receptionist was helpful checking me in, giving wifi instructions, recommendations for restaurants in the centre, etc. Fully self contained airconditioned flat with stocked kitchen, separate lounge, bed, bath areas. Coffee, toiletries towels washer dryer iron brooms mops etc provided. Blinds for hot sunny days. Limited dining options (variety) nearby but only accessible by car. I wanted to leave the car and use public transport to go into the centre one day but the nearest tobacco shop to buy the tourist pass was 20 mins away and they are only open in am or pm (siesta). Limited public transport was the only negative but everyone else is 10/10 definite recommend using a car
