"The hotel is a bit far out from the shops so unless you’re reasonably fit , you might need a car. Our room was large an good sized en suite. The other problem I would point out is that, iagain if you’re struggling with walking ,or require the aid of a stick or other walking aid there’s a lot of stairs to reach some of the rooms. My husband did struggle with them. Ideal for a one night stop over."

"Lovely home in the beautiful village of Anstruther. Our room was perfectly decorated and comfortable. Delightful breakfast. And best of all, the folks who run the B&B are extremely welcoming and kind. When we thought that we had missed our bus back to Edinburgh at the end of our stay, they quickly drove us to another bus stop on the other side of town where we would still be able to catch our bus. How often does that happen?! Highly recommended!"

"My second time staying. This time the sweet had a beautiful expanded and modern kitchen. However, virtually no dishes, pots or pans and no cutlery. Needless to say it was a beautiful kitchen, but not as much use except to keep things in the fridge. Manager should at least add some cutlery."
