"Clean room, nice staff, nice swimming pool, quiet and nature oriented."

"It is a literal paradise. Had an upgrade yo the single villa and it was spectacular. Spacious room, massive outdoor washroom and the pool space was perfect after a morning of exploring. Tuk tuks were usually on site to take you anywhere you needed to go and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything you needed could be provided. Could not recommend this hotel more."

Just be aware no food available on site but the availability of Grab food delivery and tuk tuks to take you anywhere using Grab app with almost immediate service. Owners are lovely and very helpful. "We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman. He said we missed this morning's breakfast. We were confused why the lady told us there was no free breakfast. Later we double-checked the web site we booked from and...

"The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. "Incredible private retreat! We so enjoyed our time at this amazing property. It was the perfect spot for our family of 12, with beautiful, spacious private suites, gathering spaces, and a fantastic pool! It was a little bit off the beaten path, but transportation was easy to find and there was an abundance of local street food right in front of the house.
