I am very satisfied with this hotel and have stayed here for three consecutive years. You can book an airport transfer by car. It costs $40 one way, but if you are traveling in a group, the cost per person is quite reasonable. They can also stop at a restaurant on the way, and the driver will wait while you eat. You can arrange the transfer by contacting the hotel through Expedia’s messaging function. They will pick you up in a comfortable van (sometimes even a Land Cruiser Prado if you’re lucky). The hotel can also arrange a tuk-tuk for visiting the Angkor ruins. Of course, using Grab may be cheaper, but many tuk-tuks operate on a charter basis, so you might have difficulty finding a ride back. With a private charter, you can tour the ruins for a fixed price, and the driver will wait for you while you sightsee. The staff are very kind and helpful. For example, if you plan to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat and need to leave the hotel around 4:30 a.m., they will prepare breakfast for you to take with you. There is a swimming pool, so you can cool down after a long day of exploring the ruins. I think this hotel is safe and comfortable even for solo travelers. Ideally, you should stay two or three nights to explore the Angkor ruins, but even one night allows you to see quite a lot.

The Frint Desk manager, the entire team were incredible. Very friendly. Hotel is only 25 mns walk from Siem Reap center and is located in a quite area. Try the Spa treatments. They are truly good. Also they can arrange your pick up and drop off to the airport. Peice difference is few dollards but the vehicle is good, personalized staff gives a sense of security and exclusiveness.

What a beautiful hotel! Our room, on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, was enormous. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were undoubtedly the standout features of this hotel. They were gentle, kind, and genuinely interested in helping you in any way they could. They were also extremely responsive and helpful when our flight was cancelled as we were able to communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp, and the hotel manager even offered us a car and driver for the day to make up for the disappointment of losing a day’s stay. It all made for a memorable stay. The hotel is a 5-10 min tuk tuk ride from the main touristy areas.

The four of us had a very enjoyable stay! Big, clean, comfortable rooms with bottled water provided daily. Mr. Sopheap Sor checked us in quickly and escorted us to our rooms. He’s a wonderful host and very responsive to any needs or questions. Several of our party utilized the extremely well-priced spa services. The restaurant onsite is outstanding - absolutely delicious food and very inexpensive. The included buffet breakfast is excellent and has an omelette station. Mr. Sokthorng and Ms. Shoka Dane were always very friendly and helpful in the restaurant. There’s a very handy tuk tuk available right outside the hotel door. (Don’t miss Pub Street and the night market.) I hope someday to stay in this wonderful hotel again. We will never forget it.

Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Would really, really recommend this to anyone staying in Siem Reap and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable.

I’ll cherish my stay here & my first ever trip to Cambodia for years to come! Obviously the hotel is nice and checks all the boxes like many others do (comfort, location, price, etc) but the entire staff is second to none and really added that intangible feeling to a trip that makes a country/hotel memorable. Room was spotless and very clean throughout my stay. The staff were fantastic—really friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Made the whole experience enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!
