Unfortunately the first floor seems to be housing tenants with odd behaviors. The hallway smelled of cigarettes. And out side both entrance “tenants” would hang out with other tenants and cause a commotion. The second room had mold on the beds headboards and the windows did not latch properly. "The mansion is beautiful and the room (hotel side) was clean, but the property was not maintained. My reservation was for Friday thru Monday which you would think being a weekend there would be guests staying. I believe I was one of three. It felt deserted/abandoned. I saw one staff member my whole stay. There were no amenities, not even an ice machine. I checked out a day early because I was just not comfortable. It felt like a scene from a horror movie. Very disappointing. So much potential."

I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied."
