"Upon checking I was impressed with the outside and lobby. We were given a room on the 5th floor. When we stepped off the elevator we were hit with humid hot air. The air was out, not working in the hallway. They had placed a box fan at the end of the long hallway. You would have thought this would have been communicated, but nothing was said to us so we were surprised. We stepped into the room and it was cooler, so I turned the air down as much as possible to get it colder. The room was updated but there were remains of an outdated room and the aircon was one of them. The shower took several mins for the water to heat up. The pillows, please please buy some new pillows. They were so bad you didn’t need them as you laid flat on the bed with the pillows. In the middle of the night the aircon turned off and woke up to the room steaming hot, we had to turn it down again. I did not sleep, it was not the best stay and I would not book again or recommend."
