"Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! "Everything was good but the room being cleaned on a regular basis, stayed 11 days and room was cleaned up twice, after being told it would be done every other day either a “refresher “ of a full cleaning, after three days we had to call because the trash cans were both overflowing, then three days later had to call again to have the beds changed that hadn’t been changed at all , but because the hose from a cpap machine was laying on the bed they couldn’t change sheets. "Could have used a little more detail with cleaning the room as I found a dirty fork and tissue between the bed and night stand and some old looking food stuck to the shade of the window. Beds are very firm, if thats your preference your in luck. Staff was excellent, building was new and very nice, breakfast is amazing, and 24 hour shuttle service."
