"Elevators were not working Luke warm water in the shower had to reset key card. They do not clean your room if you stay more than one day you have to request and if you need clean towels you need to take the ones you already use downstairs in order for them to give you more towels and they only give you three towels. They didn’t give you hand towels either. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She clearly told me that checkout was at 11 AM but could not tell me that I needed a request my room to be cleaned. How am I supposed to know that every hotel that I’ve been to always clean my room on a daily and clean towels she never once mentioned that I needed a request for my room to be cleaned or clean towels. The only way I get clean towels if I request them and I gotta take them my dirty towels that was mine blowing in itself did not bother eating their breakfast. how are we supposed to know that we have to request our room being cleaned? I was so angry. Will not come to this hotel again or any other comfort in hotel"

"Our check in was great, the entrance is beautiful. However the walkway to the elevators is very humid and slippery. My son almost slipped, the elevators are musty and they were sus. I think they need maintenance because they would jump and wiggle a bit too much. Our room was fine when we got there but when it was time to sleep the room was so humid that our beds were soaked. The whole night was uncomfortable to sleep because of this. The restroom showers drain was extremely clogged so we’d be stepping in 2 inches of dirty water to shower. The tvs are very outdated ni kids channels. Pool areas were alright, kids splash area was off. We thought breakfast was included but turns out it was only for a couple of guests. Bar area is unorganized because we went to the beach access and ordered drinks and food paid a delivery fee of $5 and our items were never brought out. My husband had to walk all the way back to the bar/ restaurant area and ask what was taking so long. We think the umbrellas and chairs should be included for guests, $40 rental is ridic."
