Good location off interstate. Room was clean & found bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs & sausage along with cereal, muffins, & juice. Rooms were quiet & stay was restful.

Needs updating. Air conditioner so loud sounds like a semi truck is running outside of window. Door feels like it could be kicked in. Smell was awful.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and while I did expect some updating that needed to be done, I was quite surprised at the condition of our room. The smell was intense and the caulking around the bath unit was either missing or it had turned black. I can say while the bathroom appeared to be clean, I felt kind of gross in the shower. Also, the toilet seat was peeling, which was not pleasant on the buns. Staff was nice and helpful but that doesnt make this a 8.4 rating hotel. Maybe it was just our room? Idk

We requested a non-smoking room, 1st room was smoking and stunk. Had to change rooms. 2nd room, keys did not work. Had to go back to the office again and have them redone.

Didn't like half the sockets worked. Liked that we had 2 sinks. Toilet is too close to floor for us older people.

Shameful conditions. Dirty furniture, broken furniture, black mold in shower, disgusting staying even one night. Beat Western better invest or divest !

Was a good way point for us. Room was spacious. Room was infested with flies (killed over a dozen) and 1 live tick. An aged property that still have value. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. Coffee machine was better then nothing, but not much.

The free breakfast was awful, my daughter asked for milk and they said breakfast was almost over, there was still 15 min left. Our rooms smelt like mildew, the coffee pot didn’t work. I pre-registered and it took over 20 min for him to get it together and get us our key. The TV didn’t work when we first got there, tried calling front desk no one answered so I had to walk around for him to say yeah we are having problems with the dish, he could of explained that at check in. The pool was gross ! It hadn’t been swept or backwashed and was full of leaves, we had to skim it before we could get in and then it was so dirty and smelt weird we didn’t stay in very long. Not a place we will return to!

We wanted to do a short trip and get out of our home state so we drove about 450 miles and found this hotel that would accommodate us with 3 dogs. We arrive and check in which went very smoothly the staff was very kind and we went to our room. We booked a king size bed and the room we were put in was a full sized bed at best which was disappointing but the bigger issue we had was our door didn’t have a seal on the bottom left 1/4-1/3 of it so bugs could just come right in. The ac unit was pretty outdated, on full blast and as cold as it could go, but the direction of the air flow can’t be tilted so it mostly went into the window so it was pretty hot. Our husky loves hunting for bugs and the entire time he was in the room he was hunting on the carpet or licking the carpet. The carpet desperately needed shampooed. It felt oily on my feet. The bedding had yellow stains all throughout the sheets and the comforter looked like it needed washed. There was a lot of broken glass on the parking lot space that was there for our room as well as where you drive around the side of the building to get to the back where we were located. Peaked quickly at the pool which looked clean. The dog waste can had a bag of garbage sitting next to it but I’m not sure who maintains that. All in all we checked out early and won’t be returning. The photos made it look so much nicer than it turned out and maybe we had a bad room but very disappointed and grateful that the staff were so kind through it all.

I had high hopes for the property, but upon closer inspection there were many things that were falling apart in the hotel. The mini fridge had mold, so I did not store my leftovers in there and threw them away. The base board in the bathroom was falling off and the bathtub was stained.

It was a convenient location for our one night stay while on our way home. Right next to a very large convenience store and gas station, which is good. Some remodeling, but a lot of old well used things. The room we stayed in, had a humidity issue because all the bedding was actually slightly damp.

Great place, but the TV volume was non-existent. They were aware and were fixing. Air conditioner a bit noisy, but if that's not a concern, then no big deal. Very clean rooms, friendly staff and a very nice diverse breakfast,

The property was clean and the room was comfortable. There were signs of deterioration, i.e. peeling paint, discolored areas in bathroom, etc., a freshening up would help inside the room. TV turned on but without sound. Air conditioner compressor was going out and staff provided a small fan when fixing the sound on the tv. It was sufficient. A small thing, there were two conditioners and no shampoo in the bathroom. We didn't need it so it really didn't matter. Really liked the door leading to parking right outside. No long hallways or elevators was great for us seniors. Very good location. Decent value for money spent.
