"There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"Clean and quite. Check in and check out were simple and quick. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I didn't get to the pool or workout area but I did see several people using it."

"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. I reported the pool bathroom needed immediate cleaning (there was blood in three places on the floor, toilet paper holders were empty, and paper towels too) - more than 12 hours later it was still the same. "It was so bad that we changed hotels hours after checking in. The room smelled like a dog had eliminated in it. The door had marks on it that looked like it had been forced open. The deadbolt was inoperable. The soap dispensers appeared to be glued on the wall. The microwave looked like something had caught fire in it. There was mold in the freezer. "Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated.
