"The front guy was new and still needs some training. We didn’t get the enjoy the breakfast because the hours were 7-10am and we had to leave our room every day at 6:30am to head to our cheer comp. Website had said it started at 6am but that’s only week days. Pool was good. Said it was heated, but it was pretty chilly. "

"Upon arriving the staff was friendly and they actually even upgraded my room to a bigger one. Everything about the room was great from the spaciousness, to the comfortable beds, and modern look to the room. Not to mention the very convenient medium sized fridge/freezer, mini stove and other amenities . The only thing I will say though that did us the most dirty was that my vehicle along with 9 to 10 other peoples vehicle was broken into… All of our passenger back seat windows were shattered.. and the worst part of it all was that I asked the sheriffs department if this was the first time they’d broken into vehicles at this hotel. And they proceeded to tell me that this had also happened last week.. and yet no one was checking the parking lot and none of the hotel staff had advised us beforehand. I would’ve came back had this not had happened. "

"Breakfast was good, but unfortunately a lot of the experience fell short. Half of the equipment wasn’t even plugged in, and the pool was being filled in, so there was nowhere for the kids to play. Side doors were propped open, which made it feel unsafe since anyone could walk in. On top of that, employees were smoking right by one of the entrances, so my kids had to walk through the smoke just to get inside. Housekeeping was very disappointing. We stayed three nights and requested clean sheets and towels each morning, but they never came. We had to go to the front desk ourselves, only to witness an argument between staff, with the housekeeper eventually storming out. There were also kids in the room above us running and jumping late at night. We understand kids will be kids—we have our own—but it was midnight and woke up our 2-year-old. We had to call the front desk twice before anything was done. Overall, it wasn’t the worst place, but it’s definitely not somewhere we would choose to stay again."
