"Nice hotel overall, but the service did not match the experience. The staff came across as unfriendly unless concerns were raised directly, otherwise, issues seemed to go unaddressed. At the bar, Mitch appeared to be having a difficult day, handling items roughly and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests at the bar. When this was brought to a manager’s attention, the response was dismissive, and there was no follow-up to ensure the situation improved. Hospitality should prioritize guest experience and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was lacking during this visit."

"Traveled for an unexpected stay due to a family members illness. I called ahead to let staff know I'd be checking in late, and they were present and friendly, for which I was grateful. The room was clean and quiet, and they cleaned the room the following days without having to request it. As a weary traveler, it was just what I needed. It is a charming hotel with kind staff. Highly recommend it. Save the money from some of the more overpriced hotels and stay here."

"This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long long time anywhere. Excellent staff. Excellent venue. Clean. New. Easy access to everything. Quick check in. Easy parking. The room was spacious. The shower was exactly like I like it, no curtain, step in without a bath tub, just glass and wide. It is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in the Bay Area and even internationally."

"The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was top-tier. But we thought Neighbors above us on the second night of our stay and let’s say they sound like they had a circus in their room. So we had to endure at least five hours of listening to the people above us move furniture around their room. I had to inform the office that they were being too loud past the quiet time hours, and on top of all of that, our last night there there was a 4.6 earthquake. But all in all the property and the staff are amazing."
