"This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. The bed in the bedroom was unsleepable (so soft/divot in the middle/1 thin...

"We absolutely adored this property! The kids had a blast. This is a great house for a large family gathering, and right across the highway from the Ark. It was clean and well stocked. Everything you need in the kitchen. I can't imagine a more perfect place for us. "

"Our stay was amazing. Halfway meeting spot from Indianapolis and Charleston to see my sister and her kids. We rented a pontoon at Williamstown Marina and had a great day on the lake, followed by S'mores and hot tub by the fire that evening. An overall great stay."
