"AMAZING HOTEL!! if you need a place to stay for a night or two definitely choose this one! clean, nice quality, spacious affordable room, nice bathroom, nice indoor pool a& gym and inclusive breakfast! I often go back and forth to this area so I will be back!"

"Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

"I booked the least expensive room for $68 later in the evening. When I arrived, the Desk person evidently had booked the last of those rooms to someone else. He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. He gave me the option of not staying there, but I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way for the less expensive room good busy practices as well as common decency dictate that he charged me the lower price,...

"Eh… understaffed, depressing. loud rooms (stone cottages) - could hear other rooms’ conversations and snoring and doors SLAMMING… as well as LOUD vehicles on adjacent road continuously.. we are learning where to stay for our kid at West Point …. This was trial 1 at a local “hotel”"

"The room was very clean. Breakfast was okay not many options for breakfast. The pool was well maintained. Will definitely stay again for the price and amenities offered. Family friendly. Staff was very informative and friendly"

"Rooms were clean. Pool was great. Breakfast was nice variety. Only thing there was bridal or wedding party going on all night across the hall way. People were very loud and disrespectful. Even staff had to warn them several times. That was only frustrating part, I couldn’t truly enjoy my stay with my family."

"The pool not only didn’t have towels EVER… the lights are not on at night! It’s pitch black. When we asked for the lights to be turned on we were met with a nasty attitude from the staff. When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!"

"Pleasantly surprising room after a very off-putting lobby. NO ELEVATOR, which could be an issue to some! Lobby and hallways are pretty gross, but the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Staff was really rude, but I honestly didn't really care. AC was working, parking was easy. Bed was really comfortable. Very good cheap option in the area if you just need a place to shower and sleep."

"New and clean. TV didn't work, but they were there in 5 minutes and fixed it perfectly and quickly. Breakfast was great too!"

"Like: convenient to train station and walking distance to downtown for dining, nice view of the river. Good shower water pressure and temperature. Dislike: property is old and needs updating. Rooms need renovation, including new mattresses and bedding, room darkening window shades/treatments. Closet was small and only half height (daughter’s dress pants couldn’t hang without laying on the bottom) and no iron/ironing board. Has a pool but was still covered at the end of June."
