There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. She met us at the door to show us our place then explained everything in detail about the facility as well as helped us booked luggage storage right on site for the next day. The place was clean and has everything we need to be comfortable for the night. It was also extremely convenient to La Spezia train station for Cinque Terre as well as the main histrionic area around the corner of the apartment. Great stay overall."

"The room in the bathroom were very clean, but small as our most hotel rooms in Italy. They bad was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel staff were outstanding. He welcomed us at the door and carried our luggage up the flight of steps for us he also gave us suggestions on where to go and what to see that we’re very helpful. The breakfast that came with the room was very good and included omelettes if you wanted it. The hotel is in a great location one block from the train station, but you could not hear the trains going by. I felt it was a great value and would recommend others to stay there. Eric T."
