"Me sorprende que el hotel tenga 4 estrellas, no está a la altura de lo que se puede esperar. La limpieza es mejorable y el baño es anticuado. Tuvimos que solicitar que instalaran un monomando en la ducha ya que no tenía y el técnico de mantenimiento entró en la habitación sin nuestro permiso y nos llevamos un buen susto. Solo hay 3 ascensores, son lentos y 2 de ellos muy estrechos. Insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. No hay ningún control en la zona de las piscinas y algunas personas...

"Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature."

Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later.
I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all.
