O ponto alto são os funcionários. O café é pouco variado e destoa do que seria esperado de um café dos hotéis de padrão médio no nordeste. O quarto aparenta necessitar de mais limpeza do que recebe.

Me colocaram em um quarto diferente do que soicit.

Tive um problema, paguei por um quarto superior com vista para a cidade mas chegando no local, só tinha disponível um quarto sem vista para nada, no fundo do hotel, no primeiro andar, e se eu quisesse, podia trocar no dia seguinte.

Muito bom!!!

Apesar de ficar no centro na cidade. Esse hotel tem excelente custo benefício. Tem 2 estacionamentos, recepção 24h e as dependências são novinhas, limpas e aconchegantes. Funcionários são muito atenciosos!

Chegamos e o quarto não estava pronto, mesmo depois de passar horas para a entrada, chegamos no quarto ainda estavam fazendo a limpeza, tivemos que esperar. O atendimento não foi bom.

É um hotel muito novo, portando todas as instalações funcionam na excelência. Um ponto negativo é o estacionamento que é do outro lado da rua em um prédio cujo teto está com pvc todo quebrado e dá impressão que vai cair.

Hotel no centro com instalações novas e modernas e de muito bom gosto as únicas coisas ruins que podem melhorar foi a garagem que o manobrista é a mesma pessoa das malas então meu carro ficou preso e fui de uber pra não perder o horário e a tá que não tem canais extras só os locais e funciona ruim mas creio que são ajustes pois só tem 3 meses de inaugurado no mais tudo ótimo excelente cama !

A estadia foi ótima, nitidamente o hotel foi reformado ou é novo, mto confortável e de mto bom gosto, meu marido gostou até do cheiro das toalhas, rs, a única coisa q n gostei foi q 4h da manhã tive q ligar p recepção p pedir água pq n tinha nenhuma no quarto, mas de restante foi muito bom.
