Beautiful and spacious rooms, I’d just say that it’s kinda far for public transportation, but if you are driving you will be fine. There’s a big parking lot. Very friendly staff

Comfortable flexible place to stay in Limeira.

Excellent place to stay in Limeira. Wide comfortable room, good coffee breaks , excellent reception. I had a few interactions with reception they helped me immediately, provided above average service, and were fast. I did not enjoy the way to the hotel. The hotel is by the highway, but the entrance is thru the back in a kind of alley. Despite all that I did not feel unsafe. I would rather enter thru the highway, though.

Péssimo hotel e atendimento. O quarto é grande, mas as persianas não fecham completamente, deixando o quarto iluinado. Não tem nenhum isolamento acústico, além de ser virado para uma rodovia, então ouvimos barulho de caminhões a noite inteira, não permitindo ter uma boa noite de sono. E quando solicitei a troca, não se disponibilizaram a trocar o quarto. Dizem que o restaurante do hotel fecha às 22:00 mas ao tentar fazer um pedido por volta das 21:00 não atenderam dizendo que a cozinha já estava fechada. Ninguém no hotel tinha boa vontade para atender nada, exceto um único atendente que se esforçou para ajudar, mas não conseguiu resolver muita coisa não. Não recomendo o Hotel!

Esse hotel é excelente, voltaria facilmente. Pra ficar perfeito, corredores dos andares poderiam ser de piso vinílico, privadas com queda de tampa lento, tvs com função smartv. O café da manhã é de alta qualidade Os administradores estão de parabéns

Infelizmente na noite acordei na madrugada entre dois colchões. Eles pegaram dois colchões de solteiro e colocaram um capa pq na madrugada eu acordei no meio disso “caída”, foi horrível. Eu tive q dormir num extremo da cama e meu namorado do outro. Pq no meio nao dava, afundava. Pelo valor o minimo que esperávamos era conforto e uma boa noite de sono, o que nao aconteceu.
