"Really liked the location. Everything was within walking distance. I was on my own and I felt safe. So many people around all the time and there was also a police presence. It wasn't the quietest place because of the people outside the building. I ended up getting Raffaelo , which was a larger room, and I loved it. Lots of windows, big bathroom...it was great"

"Palazzo Gambirasi is an absolute gem in the heart of Centro Storico. I normally go for branded hotels but found this by chance and couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and a wonderful Rome vibe. Just walk out the door and you’re surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance to many classic sites. The room was clean and charming with an exposed rustic wood ceiling. I will definitely return."

"We stayed at a very nice, 2-bedroom apartment. Great location for travel. Bus stop located just outside the apartment. Staff was very helpful - thank you Federica! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the high end appliances available in the kitchen. The only two things I'd suggest improving: first, update the signage with directions on how to turn the AC on and off, as the button is very small and located at the top, which some guests may struggle to find. Second, consider upgrading the pillow selection. The two memory foam pillows are fine for some, but having at least one large, traditional comfort pillow would make a big difference for guests who prefer something softer and more voluminous.
