The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. There was a supermarket right next to it. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. There was also a full-service laundromat nearby at a reasonable price. they even folded the clothes.

A small hotel in a convenient location. We checked-in in the morning and were told that room would be available after 2 pm. But when we were back after 2 pm, no body was there in the counter: we and another group of guests had to wait there for more than 5 minutes.

Was plenty bars and restaurants near staff nice clean room nice bed hot shower decor and furniture poor We booked breakfast for 4 days the last day couldnt have as we had early flight.We requested a refund but was refused .Breakfast was at a lovely cafe over the road so we asked the manageress could we use it for afternoon tea ,of course you can so we did that she also gave us 2 cream cheese croissants to take to the airport which was very kind of her

Amazing place in every regard - I would definitely stay again. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, location was amazing, walking distance to all major historical sites, and food, and the complementary breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and was beyond delicious and generous. Thank you - we will stay here again!

Great location. Just 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona. Had an elevator that would take you in between floors which is better than no elevator at all! It was also really cool to see part of the original centuries old building exposed in the staircase wall! The units were clean and minimalist. We booked two one-bedroom units. The staff was super helpful! There’s no kitchen or kitchenette. Just mini fridge, electric kettle. This was something that Expedia did a poor job of filtering out as Inwas only looking for accommodations that had kitchens. They provided complimentary tea and water which is nice. Great American breakfast spot right across the street. Beds were comfortable including the sofabed. Our units were street facing so it was quite noisy in the mornings with truck deliveries. If there were areas of improvements they would be to provide more bathroom counter space, more table surfaces in the bedroom, lighting in the mirrored nook and a full length mirror. Despite being located on a small street, it was still accessible by taxi.

A well located hotel. Staff are really friendly and rooms are clean and fresh. Rooms are quiet especially at night and air conditioned. There are many stairs to climb depending on the floor your room is situated on…although they do have a small two person left to every other floor.

Die Junior Suite im Passepartout ist super sauber gewesen und die Lage ist sehr zentral und unschlagbar. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichen und in unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich viele Reataurants und Eisdielen. Wir hatten nur die Unterkunft gebucht für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Frühstücken waren wir direkt gegenüber in Molly‘s Café, ein Supermarkt liegt ebenfalls direkt neben dem Haus. In der Fußgängerzone gelegen geht es lebhaft zu, bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es jedoch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer und das Bad wurde täglich gereinigt, die Betten täglich gemacht und frische Handtücher gab es ebenfalls täglich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

The hotel is in a great area, busy and lively, but totally quiet when you get inside. A very short walk away is a bus stop with direct route to the station, and non stop train to/ from the airport. It couldn't have been more straightforward. The room was immaculate, and best of all the chap who welcomed us took a lot of time to talk through a map of the city, taking on board what we had pre-booked and giving recommendations on what else we could do. We followed his hints almost to the letter and they were absolutely spot on. We saw some wonderul sights and had some super food! So, a very big thank you from us, we had a superb time in Rome and recommend your hotel highly.

I had an amazing stay here as a girl traveling alone! The location is perfect for walking everywhere around the city. The staff was very kind and helpful to make my stay as best as possible. The room was impeccable, just as I expected, except for that the water didn’t get hot enough to fully enjoy the shower, and starting from around 8am there was a bit of noise from construction work outside my window. But I didn’t mind it that much honestly, because I was out and about by the time they started most days:) I really recommend this hotel, and I would like to come back!

Very conveniently centrally located on the 64 bus route from Rome Termini. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated in a modern but simple style. The bathroom was a great size and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend. As with many of these apartment buildings there are many stairs although there is a lift to every other floor. I would happy stay there again and recommend.

The location is extraordinary.. You only need to use a vehicle for the airport, other than that we walked to everywhere to see, there is a Carrefour right next to it. We stayed in a large room as a family of four, there were all the facilities, the room was clean, the air conditioning heated enough but it would have been healthier if the central heating was active. I forgot the names of the employees unfortunately, but both of them helped immediately and fulfilled our requests. Especially the male staff, with the route and recommendations he offered upon entering the room, made a very cheerful welcome, it was incredibly reassuring. As a result, it is a hotel that I can recommend in every way with the spirit of the building, its modernized interior, its location, its successful and helpful employees, and the quality of the materials.
