"I have a service animal yet I was charged for my service animal. I went back inside when the charge hit.my account and the man at the front desk refunded me but now the refund has been taken away and I am still being charged for.my service animal. She is a diabetic alert dog. Which is against the law for me to be charged. I don't understand how you refund someone and then take it back without any notification or explanation. This is very frustrating."

"We arrived and there was no one at the desk. After a few minutes and using the lobby phone someone finally showed up. When we got to the room there was a dirty rag on the floor, no toilet paper in the bathroom and the bath mat was dirty. There was hair in the tub. The bed was decent and honestly for the price, we got what we paid for, but never in my life has there never been toilet paper in a hotel room."

"I guess Wyndham is buying up all the old crack motels, throwing a coat of paint on them and slapping their name on them. The reviews are deceiving, most of the recent ones say “ good”. I can deal with good. I should’ve known as soon as I got out of my car and smelled the thick odor of Fabuloso, clearly being used to cover other odors up. I asked for a downstairs room because we had a big heavy suitcase but was told no, even though there was hardly anyone staying there. I decided to try to...
