"Scam, bugs, dirty, host is the worst. I would give this a negative if I could. Don’t believe me? Go check this out yourself. Maybe you get lucky and get one of the better rooms i wouldn’t know because the host isn’t helpful when you tell him problems. This place is a dumpster"

"The place and the picture they post on Expedia is totally different night and day , no dry machine , the host said when we check in I did asked about the dry machine but he said they have , but they don’t , the dry machine didn’t work , feel scam"

"The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com
