"Perfect place in a perfect location."

"The location near the train station was perfect, and getting around on foot was very easy. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. For the price I paid, I would have expected a working, more up-to-date TV and a few extra personal touches such as coffee, bottled water, blankets for the couches, or some artwork on the walls. I probably wouldn’t have left a review if the price had been lower. That said, the place is still cute, convenient, and easy to stay in."

"Noticed a slight earthy taste in the water on our 1st day, didn’t think anything of it. On the second day I noticed the bath water when I filled the tub was slightly brown. This unit has had “boil water” advisories in the past. Asking the state board of health to help determine what was in the water."

The concierge was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the area and its history. Note - some units are on the second floor and no elevators. They did offer to have staff help with baggage, etc."

At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified.
