"The amenities were good overall. The pool is small, but since we were traveling with young children, they really enjoyed it. The best part of the hotel is definitely its location.
However, the cleanliness of the hotel was not satisfactory. When we arrived, there were not enough towels in our room. We called for more, and they were promptly delivered, which we appreciated.
We stayed for three nights, and the hotel has a policy of “restocking” on the first night and “refreshing” on the second. Restocking is supposed to include emptying the trash, replenishing coffee, and replacing towels. Unfortunately, this did not happen for us, our trash was left overflowing, and the towels were not refreshed.
On the second day, I heard a housekeeper in the hallway and had to ask for a garbage bag so we could manage the overflow ourselves.
Our experience with the tour concierge was also disappointing. When we asked for restaurant recommendations, he only mentioned the hotel’s restaurant. When we returned to book a tour, he kept us waiting while finishing a personal conversation and then responded dismissively, saying we “hadn’t done our homework.”
Overall, while the location and some amenities were positives, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service negatively impacted our stay."
