"Access to cafe/restaurant was convenient but service appalling. Had to leave after waiting half hour for our order when two later entry tables had received their meals. We were totally ignored by staff until we physically approached them."

"Patient and professional staff. Clean room and apparently new hotel. However, there is no water fountain inside the gym, where drinking water is a necessity to provide relief on sweating during workouts, meanwhile there is no waster heater in the room, which would be better to be told by staff or by some introductions pamphlet in the room."
