Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London
8/10 Good
"Great staff, nice restaurant/bar, great location.
Unfortunately our room (#723) was right up against the elevator shaft, and we could hear banging elevator sounds throughout our stay. Hotel was full otherwise we would’ve asked for another room. Overall, would stay again!"
"Rooms were very clean, great choices for breakfast-cereals,full english selection, pastries and fruit.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again. "
"The hotel and my room were very nice. Staff really helpful. The lack of decaff coffee or sweetness was disappointing. Pod coffee machine in my room was a bit hit and miss. Lovely fresh fruit available a real plus
Gym n sauna good."
"The staff is warm and welcoming; they were super helpful and responsive. I’d requested an early check in and they honored that too! Making it particularly easy for my dad to rest up after a long flight. The location is nice if you have activities in that area.
I’d rate this stay 5/5 except for the AC that was shutdown automatically every night in the name of maintenance or eco friendly experience. I had broken sleep and couldn’t rest well. That said this is more of a watch out future travelers to make sure the staff knows to keep your room’s air system on."
