"Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

"Quirky property. Spotlessly clean especially considering all the random ornaments etc on display. Excellent breakfast. Air con great and was well used as it was 34° in London when we stayed. Convenient for transport links. Bed comfy. Blackout curtains not so great. Thank goodness I had my eye mask."

"Type of room we booked was not available so we were given another room upon check-in. The room was noisy due to the tubes passing every fee minutes. We could not sleep more than 2 hours so requested to move rooms the following day. We received written confirmation this would happen and when we returned later in the day into a new room as promised, we were told the other room had been given to another guest. This was late evening so no other rooms available and we booked into another hotel rather...

"We stayed for one night as a vacation splurge and were greeted warmly by Jessica who met all our needs. We stayed at a Premier View room with a view of Tower Bridge from our bathroom on southern Londob thanks to it being a corner room. Our Expedia Gold gave us either a complimentary breakfast at Ting or room service. We chose the latter and had excellent service to our room. The sauna and pool need to be reserved and are definitely worth it. We made memories for a lifetime and will never forget...

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"We were there in the hottest days of the summer. No air-conditioning made it rather uncomfortable, but then this would apply to many other places. With climate change now increasing temperatures year on year venues need to take such things into account when specifying their properties."
