"I was very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Just a 15 minute drive from Ottawa city centre and you get a large spacious room with free parking and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay again. "

"This hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Our granddaughters loved the heated pool. The breakfast offers a good selection. It is also in a very spacious room so it does not feel crowded. Our room was a good size and with a microwave and fridge snacks and quick meals are possible. We plan to return next time in Ottawa. "

"The end of a really nice weekend in the Ottawa area. Stayed at a really nice little hotel in Aylmer, Quebec just across the river known as The British Hotel, built in 1834. Apparently it was quite the brawl room in its heyday. Recently purchased and renovated to include some inexpensive but very modern 2nd floor suites, electronic check-in, lock box entry, self contained pub and restaurant, patio and separate country cafe, at $125/night definitely a place I will be staying at again."

"Close to Carleton University so we always stay here for a night when we visit our son. The place is decent, clean, and price is reasonable. Lots of parking and has parking for a trailer which is great for when we travel with a trailer to haul our son's stuff in and out of his camous residence."

"The hotel is a college drom. Very basic, very clean and was very quiet. Very close to restaurants and stores. 17 min drive to downtown Ottawa. If you are lookong for a basic spacious place and affordable this is the place for you. Only negative was the bed kinda sucked. Bring a pillow and blanket to soften up the bed. But I would definitely stay there again!! "
