Our room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. Separate sitting area with TV, kitchenette with sink, coffeemaker and refrigerator. Bedroom nicely furnished, TV and comfortable bed with upscale linens. Val-let parking was excellent. Car was parked in a locked garage directly across the street from the hotel and Val-let personnel...

"A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!"

"The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints."

"Th check-in process was arduously and unnecessarily slow. The rugs in the lobby were filthy, stained and dreary. It really dampened the experience. We had a 1 bedroom and we loved the king bed, but my daughter had a terrible nights sleep on the pullout. Despite asking for it to be made up there was no padding and the thin mattress was painful and uncomfortable to sleep on. I appreciated the rooms were well sound proofed. My daughter and I strongly disliked the Diptyque scent of the shampoo,...

"The location is walkable to many stores, restaurants and bars. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"The staff here in particular the front end (Betsy) and the gentleman who held our bags were phenomenal. I would recommend a change in the pillows and the flooring, it was soft in some spots. The beds were comfortable. The balcony view was great. The location was good to all amenities. Noise level was low near Bourbon street. I would have enjoyed lounging at the pool, however there were only 3 Thank you!"

"Overall the location was exactly what we needed for our trip, the room was spacious for me and my friends. The staff needs to work on better cleaning there some rust areas in the bathroom especially in shower it kept leaving a black residue on our towels when we hung it up on the shower door"
