I would guess that the problem is poor management. - pools were dirty - the walls/ sides of the pools - room towels and sheets were thin and old - the walls of the building are falling apart - lack of paint. - gardens seem poor. - beach was dirty - the birds eat from your plates. Very uncomfortable. Very sad to see this is happening as the food, the people and the service were great. "
